Self-paced study followed by three 1:1 coaching sessions with one of our coaches, designed to take place over four weeks (+ time for coaching sessions) , but individuals can take longer if they wish. The sessions take place on our online learning platform. Typically each online session will take 2-3 hours each. Total coaching received approximately 13 hours (presuming 2.5 hours per online session & three x 1 hour 1:1 sessions).

This self-paced course with added 1:1 coaching is designed to be completed in four weeks but can take longer if you desire.
The sessions come complete with audio from the lead coach at Quo Vadimus Learning Ltd, and are built around an interactive PDF workbook that you complete as the sessions go on, with 14 different repeatable exercises for you to examine key areas of your life and make changes.
You will set a main aim for the sessions, look at your strengths and weaknesses, and ultimately set goals for you to achieve when you finish the course.
You will be sent your login details for the online learning platform same day (or next working day at weekends).
